In USA, there is a consumer protection law that establishes a list of items that are considered to be of reasonable quality and cannot be exchanged or returned. Sports medical products are subject to a no-exchange and no-return policy regardless of the reason.

Both online pharmacies and brick-and-mortar pharmaceutical establishments exclude all medications from being eligible for exchange, regardless of their origin and use. However, in exceptional cases, our company is willing to accommodate the individual needs of customers and, under certain conditions, exchange a product, provided that the packaging is undamaged.
